I knew that the track was on a private hire, and I also knew that safety marshals had been employed. My natural assumption was “lap record” attempt.
But I was very, very wrong!
Porsche Motorsports driver, ex-F1 star and motorsports celebrity Mark Webber appeared at the wheel of this brand-new Porsche 991 GT3RS.
One tweet back from the man himself confirmed it:
