This overtake is absolutely none of those things.
And the result is predictably heart-breaking…
Undoubtedly the blue-white M3 is faster than the green car. But there are places on the Nordschleife where it’s just impossible to overtake safely without the full co-operation of the car in front. And the right-kink before Wehrseifen is definitely one of those spots.
The result of this driver’s impatience is two wrecked cars and a lot of winter nights. I don’t know any of the drivers involved, nor the teams or car owners.
But I do know that it sucks. 🙁
