Now I have to be careful about reporting this, as I'm a witness and I've given my statement and a court case MAY ensue. I'd like to believe it won't. What I will say is exactly what I've told the police and others have told them too.

At 5pm I witnessed the Porsche below driving very slowly around Wehrseifen studying his mirrors. I believe this was because of the fluid dropping out and vapourising on the exhaust with an audible hiss.

Still leaking mate...

A member of the crowd shouted "Halten!" and another "Oel!" but the guy didn't react... just kept going around on the racing line at half speed.

It's alleged that the leak started at Flugplatz. It's also alleged that it didn't stop until the end of the Kesselchen. That makes the alleged fluid trail nearly 12kms. Certainly the car broke down (siezed solid) and needed recovering at about 5.15pm.

Stop? Please?

What makes it all so terrible is that a number of accidents occured on this fluid spill. The fella pictured denies he caused them. His car didn't drop any fluids he maintains.

So if you suspect a leak on your car, I maintain: "PULL THE F*CK OVER!"
