You might enjoy the saxophone intro, the mindless wittering of the commentator or even the terrible TV broadcast quality. But I'm sure you'll mostly revel in the imagined howl of E30 M3 versus Ford Sierra Cosworth while dozens of Astra/Kadett GSi and Golf GTIs do battle nearer the back! Nurburgring 24hr, in a 1990s stylee...
Did you notice the big difference in types of cars present? I did. The majority of the grid was comprised of prduction-based saloons and hatchbacks. Lower overall pace, but some extremely close racing in cars close to what you can build yourself... or maybe I should say "close to what you can build yourself... today".
Oh, and check out the re-hydration system on the Sierra onboard cam. Old-school, baby.
