The runaway success story that is Destination Nürburgring continues unabated as this month's event has completely sold out. Not a single place is available to book online for either of the two days. With over 250 cars per day and many more drivers, the organisers have also started an innovative inner and outer ticket system. Early bookers will have one of the first 150 places reserved, which means they get to use the small carparks next to the ticket office and Devil's Diner. Late bookers will have an 'outer' ticket meaning that they must park outside on the gravel overflow car park. It's hoped that this will alleviate some of the crowding we're expecting around the entrance.
Of course there are other options - German rivals Trackdays.de run similarly organised trackday events geared to international customers. With English-speaking briefing (by yours truly) and any road-legal-in-principle car allowed, they're the perfect choice for people who want enjoy their cars in a better environment than touristenfahrten.

- Flag marshals and corner workers PLUS roaming marshals
