I'm not an expert on road surfacing and maintenance, but I'd be interested to see who is. This is the scene at Wehrseifen *right now*.
Yes, it's less than 24-hours before the first training session of the infamous Nürburgring 24-hour race. And less than 48-hours before the first qualifying!
I'm also aware that weather can play a big part in how well a surface is laid. Right now it's raining and hailing in between the sunny patches. And tonight there's a forecast for -2ºC and a frost.
Am I dramatising? Or is this actually a good idea?
