Polys on the Hoonslag II were Superflex for sub-frames and arms except the fronts which have Powerflex M3 eccentrics. The Superflex fronts are concentrics and had a steel bush which nearly fell out and was held in with Duct Tape for 2 track days until replaced with Powerflex. Original rears were a right bastard to get out with drill, knife, pad saw/gentle air chisel and significant swearing/blood and Superflex fronts required a fly-press to fit them but Powerflex don't. Rear subframe requires diff removal so do at the same time as fitting the LSD. M3 LSD diff gearing is a bit long in 3rd for short tracks but should be fine for the Nordschleife. What else.... Wiring? Weight loss? When you get to that, let us know :-) for aero catches fitted in the right place, I've got some pictures. Look on my Facebook album for photos of Hoonslag II, (and the sadly no longer with us MK I)

Motul 300V is the very best choice, Dale - but don´t forget to drain it twice a year. It´s relatively aggressive to all rubber based seals in your engine - it´s definitely not a choice to follow BMW´s SIA in your dash board. It´s pure racing oil - and race cars don´t like many cold starting procedures creating condensate residues.
